We may collect account information such as name, email address, login details, plan selection, and billing status.

We may collect mosque information such as mosque name, public page address, logo, background images, public contact details, location, prayer timetable details, announcements, events, volunteer opportunities, campaigns, and donation links.

When someone uses a contact form or volunteer form, we may collect the details they submit, such as their name, email address, phone number, subject, message, and volunteering information.

When payments or donation links are created, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We may store payment identifiers, plan details, Stripe link references, campaign references, and donation analytics needed to run the service.

We may collect technical data such as browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location from IP address, cookie choices, and basic security logs.

We use information to create and manage mosque accounts, operate public mosque pages, publish mosque updates, process support requests, handle volunteer and contact form messages, manage subscriptions, connect Stripe donation links, and provide analytics to authorised mosque users.

We also use information to keep the platform secure, prevent misuse, improve the website, fix issues, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with mosque teams about their account or service.

Mosque profile information published by a mosque or prepared by Amana for a mosque may be visible publicly. This can include the mosque name, description, logo, public page address, timetable, events, volunteering opportunities, donation links, public contact details, and location.

Mosque teams should only provide information they are happy to publish publicly. Private account, billing, and admin details are not intended to appear on public mosque pages.

If a visitor sends a message to a mosque or signs up for a volunteering opportunity, we may send those details to the mosque email address connected with that mosque page.

Visitors should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is needed for the request. Mosque teams are responsible for handling messages they receive appropriately.

We use trusted providers to run parts of the service. These may include Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments and donation links, Resend for email delivery, and Google services such as AdSense or Search Console where enabled.

Stripe processes payment information directly. Amana Systems does not store full card details.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, protect accounts, remember choices, and support login sessions.

Where enabled and where consent is provided, we may also use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google AdSense, to understand website usage and show adverts on public pages.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage accounts, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain records for mosque teams.
